ABOUT ME
Hi there,
My name is André Gillberg, 34 years of age, and I'm currently following my dream to become an 3D-artist.
As a kid i gravitated to comic books and cartoons, later in life it shifted towards computer games and movies.
I've always known that i wanted to work in a creative field, this because of the need to express myself graphically started early. Once i learned how to grab a pen i have never let it go, and still i try to draw when ever i can. l often find the urge to draw mostly traditionally but nowadays i try to learn to paint digitally in my limited spare time.
Now I'm studying Computer Graphics Design at Yrgo in Gothenburg, and it's one of the best decisions I've ever made. My immense technical interest spills over to my graphical interest so this is a perfect mix between them. Still I'm a bit torn where i want to end up, but one thing is sure.
I really like hard-surface, vehicles, anything hovering or flying, so to be able to make cars, airplanes and such is a real blessing.
So currently I think a position in the automotive filed or maybe in a game studio would be a really good fit for me.
